This is what carries most weight on viewings in El Paraíso: the secondary school and the El Garbí state primary are right next to the urbanisation, and so is the municipal sports centre. For a family with school-age children it means the kids walk to school and to sport on their own, without depending on someone driving them every morning. In an urbanisation with plots this size, that is not the norm.

Above all families with school-age children who want a plot without giving up having the children walk to school and to the sports centre. Also anyone looking for a mature area with a settled neighbourhood and a good balance between what you pay and what you get.
