About Us

Who we are

We are a family-run estate agency in La Eliana. For more than 25 years we have helped families sell their home or find a new one in La Eliana, San Antonio de Benagéber and the surrounding area. We know every urbanisation and the real price at which homes change hands, not just the asking prices on the portals. We work honestly, without rushing and without unrealistic promises.

The people behind Gran Avenida
José LuisJosé LuisIn the business since 2012

I have been working in the La Eliana property market for over 12 years, first learning from the best in the business and then applying that knowledge with my own criteria. I know the local market from the inside: what sells, at what real price and what each client needs to make the best decision. I treat every transaction as if it were my own.

IdairaIdairaIn the business since 2025

I started in the property business in November 2025 and I have been learning the trade ever since from those who have spent years in it. What matters most to me is understanding what each person really needs before we talk about square metres and prices: listen first, search afterwards.

ToñyCo-founder · retired in 2021

Toñy founded Gran Avenida and for over 25 years was the heart and soul of the agency. Her way of working — warm, honest and always with people first — is the foundation of everything we do today.
